Cancellation policy

• Guests may cancel their booking free of charge up to 5 full days before the scheduled check-in date, minus a 2% booking fee.
• If a cancellation is made less than 5 days before check-in, the total booking amount remains payable and is non-refundable.
• The cancellation period is calculated based on the official check-in time on the day of arrival.
• No refunds will be issued for early departures, no-shows, or unused nights.
