Occupancy

• Maximum occupancy is 2 guests.
• Infants under the age of 2 are permitted in addition to the 2-guest limit.

Check-in & Check-out

• Self check-in is available from 16:00 onwards.
• Check-out must be completed before 11:00 on the day of departure.

Quiet Hours

• Quiet hours are strictly observed between 22:00 and 08:00. Guests must minimise noise during these hours out of respect for neighbouring residents.

Events & Commercial Use

• Events, parties, or gatherings are not permitted.
• Commercial photography, videography, or filming is strictly prohibited.

Smoking Policy

• Smoking, vaping, and the use of e-cigarettes are not permitted anywhere inside the property.

Pet Policy

• A maximum of 1 well-behaved dog is permitted per stay.
• An additional charge of £20 per stay applies for bringing a dog.
• The property is located within a residential building; dogs must not be left unattended at any time.
• Noise must be kept to a minimum to avoid disturbance to neighbours.
• Guests are fully responsible for any excessive cleaning, damage, or additional costs arising from their dog’s stay.
